Our chef, Hua Hui He, born in Fujian, China, where one of the eight Chinese cuisines, Fujian Cuisine was originated.His hometown is close to the sea, which inspired his cooking natural style and kept the primary taste of food. He left his hometown to search for cooking masters in different cities when he was 18. In 2003, he came to United States with his father. (Hua's father, Wen Bao He, is an excellent chef with more than 10 years professional cooking experience.) Later, Hua became one of the Head Chef at Tjin’s at Rosenberg, Texas. His father passed away in April, 2015. In order to memorize him, Hua decided to open Bao's Cafe at Spring, TX, using his father's name.
